Groww FlashBack is an annual feature by Groww — a leading investment platform in India — that gives every user a personalised summary of their year on the platform.

It earns the relationship.

FlashBack strengthens user relationships and brand loyalty by offering personalised investment recaps — turning numbers into a year, and a year into a story.

THEME

Tarot cards as central register.

For FlashBack '24, I chose Tarot Cards as the central visual theme. Tarot carries a deep visual language — rich symbology, archetypal characters and a built-in narrative grammar that maps cleanly onto a personalised year recap.

VISUAL DIRECTION

High-contrast, pop-forward.

To amplify the mystic and magical vibe, I opted for a high-contrast, pop-forward palette. This gave each card edge, presence and a sense of revelation — the same way a real tarot card lands when it's flipped.
